Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes
and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Corvara Investments Limited (in receivership and in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 2 May 2008 at 11.05am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 7 July 2008, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
