Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 2 May 2008, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Central Precast Limited be liquidated and that Roderick Thomas McKenzie and Lyn Maree Carey, of McKenzie
& Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 2 May 2008 at 4.05pm.
The liquidator has fixed Friday, 6 June 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
