Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 5 May 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TWL 2001 Limited be liquidated and that Russell K. D. Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 May 2008 at 2.00pm.
The undersigned does hereby fix 5 June 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
