Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Shamal Kumar, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 28 April 2008 at 10.41am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 2 June 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
