Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Nviting Kitchens and Joinery Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 22 April 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 22 April 2008 at 8.24am.
