Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of IBS Group Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on 14 December 2007 at 4.50pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of IBS Group Limited,
we fix 14 March 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
