Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 4 December 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that A.S.A. (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker, chartered accountant of Toni Walker Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 4 December 2007 at 9.00am.
