Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 April 2008, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Orchard Grove Limited be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 April 2008 at 1.00pm.
