Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 239ABA(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Stuart James Cunningham, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, have been appointed liquidators of Swordfish Lodge Management Limited (in liquidation) by resolution of creditors at the watershed meeting on 9 April 2008 and the liquidation commenced at 11.10am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators hereby fix 21 May 2008, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
