Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 3 April 2008, it was resolved by resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Robert John Willis, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 3 April 2008 at 11.30am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidator of the company, I fix
25 April 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
