Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 3 April 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kerikeri Cruising Marina Limited be liquidated and that Alison M. Lemon, accountant of Kawakawa, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 April 2008.
