Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 2 April 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of
the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Don Law Realty Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Paul Spicer, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 30 April 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
