Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 31 March 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SWANZ Limited be liquidated and that John Falloon, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2008.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
All enquiries are to be directed to our office by 24 April 2008.
