Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 2, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 February 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, that Fruit Force Holdings Limited
be liquidated, the directors having first resolved that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts, and that Michael Geoffrey Stuart, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 February 2008 at 4.00pm.
