Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 9 January 2008 at 9.00am, the shareholders of the
above-named company passed a special resolution that
the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund and Michael John Keyse, chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
