Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators
Take notice that Balmoral Homes Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 246(1) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 March 2008 at 8.30am to be put into interim liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed interim liquidators jointly and severally.
The application to appoint a liquidator by Bathroom Solutions Limited will be heard at the High Court at Christchurch on 14 April 2008 at 9.30am.
