Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 28 March 2008, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243(8) and 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.

Notice is also given that I hereby fix 4 May 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
