Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Robin Winston Hargrave, chartered accountant of O’Halloran HMT Limited, was appointed liquidator of NZ Reit Limited.
The liquidation commenced on 26 March 2008 at 3.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 26 April 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
