Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 March 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Macron Holdings Limited be liquidated and that John Patrick Chapman, of Wellsford, director of Bavage Chapman Limited, Chartered Accountants, Wellsford, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 March 2008.
