Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 March 2008, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Alpha Employment Training Limited be liquidated and that Douglas Bruce Ellison, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 17 March 2008 at 11.00am.
