Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 March 2008, the shareholders resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 13 March 2008 at 2.00pm.
