Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Central Builders Limited and Concrete Building & Earthmoving Contractors Limited:
Notice is hereby given that the companies were placed into liquidation on 12 March 2008 at 10.55am and 11.13am respectively, with the appointment of Grant Bruce Reynolds as liquidator for the companies.
The liquidator fixes 20 April 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
