Notice is given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), Paul Bartley, adviser,
was appointed liquidator of Zed Group Builders Limited
(“the company”) of Petone, Wellington, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholder dated at Wellington on the 7th day of March 2008 at 12.05pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator fixes 10 May 2008, as the day on or before which the company’s creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
