Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 February 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Harris Floor Coverings Limited be liquidated and that Kirsten Osborne, of Kendons Scott Macdonald Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 22 February 2008 at 11.30am.
