Notice is hereby given that on 11 February 2008 at 4.00pm, Boris van Delden and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators of Pritam Holdings Limited
(in liquidation) by the shareholders of the company.
In accordance with section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at McDonald Vague, Level 5,
DDB Building, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, on Tuesday, 18 March 2008 at 3.00pm.
Business
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
