Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Ross Edward Baigent was appointed liquidator of Truck Repairs (East Tamaki) Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 5 March 2008 at 4.00pm.
