Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that New Zealand Plasterers Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 21 December 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 21 December 2007 at 8.01am.
