Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

The shareholders of the company resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch,
be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 4 March 2008 at 3.00pm.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 4 April 2008.
