Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 19 December 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 19 December 2007 at 9.45am.
