Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to
a Solvent Company
On 29 February 2008 at 5.00pm, the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section to 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with sections 243(8) and (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator fixes 28 March 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
