Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Aztec Cleaning Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 December 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 17 December 2007 at 10.21am.
