Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on 28 February 2008 at 4.00pm, John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Barrys Car Sales Limited
by the High Court pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 3 April 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
