Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that FS & C (2005) Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 February 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 28 February 2008 at 4.30pm.
