Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Caleb H Contracting Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Blenheim, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 February 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 20 February 2008 at 10.10am.
