Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes
and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Uno Where Limited.
The liquidation commenced on 18 February 2008 at 10.39am.
