Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 February 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TPH Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Daryl P. Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 February 2008.
