Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 18 February 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Woodpecker Properties Limited be liquidated and that Kevin Gordon Greer, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 18 February 2008.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
3 March 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
