Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, Arron Leslie Heath and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Bribanc Property Group Limited
(in liquidation), ART Apartments Limited (in liquidation) and Auckland Residential Tenancies Limited (in liquidation) on 8 February 2008 at 6.15pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of the above named companies fix 18 March 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
