Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 8 February 2008, it was resolved by the directors and shareholders that Riverpark Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Noel Rathbun and Richard Charles Ashby, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 February 2008.
