Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

On 13 February 2008 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and Amanda-Jane Atkins and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed liquidators of Southwark Street Investments Limited (in liquidation) for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 13 February 2008 at 11.00am.
The liquidators do hereby fix 25 March 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
