Notice is hereby given that on 8 December 2008
at 6.29pm, the company, in terms of section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, appointed Paul Graham Sargison
and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, as administrators.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Wednesday, 17 December 2008, commencing at 10.00am.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting are required to have registered their debt with the administrators not less than
48 hours before the meeting.

1. To confirm the appointment of the administrators.
2. To consider whether to appoint a committee of creditors.
3. To consider whether to pass any resolutions setting out views of creditors.
