Notice is hereby given that Stephen Rex Tietjens and Laurence George Chilcott were appointed administrators
of the company on 30 October 2008, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
The first meeting of creditors of the company will be
held on 11 November 2008 commencing at 10.00am at the offices of Accru Smith Chilcott Limited, Level 5, South Canterbury Finance Building, 57 Fort Street, Auckland.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
(a) whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
(b) if so, who are to be the committee's members.
At the meeting, creditors may also resolve to:
(a) remove the administrator from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrator of the company.
