Notice is hereby given that on 21 October 2008, the
above-named company appointed David Ian Ruscoe and Richard Grant Simpson as voluntary administrators of the company pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at Grant Thornton, Level 9, Anthony Harper Building, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on
31 October 2008 at 2.00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
(a) whether to appoint a creditors' committee; and
(b) if so, who are to be the committee's members.
At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:
(a) remove the administrators from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the company.
