Notice of Appointment of Administrators
Notice is hereby given that on 20 August 2008 at 10.00am, the company, in terms of section 239I of the Companies
Act 1993, appointed Paul Graham Sargison and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountants of Auckland, as administrators.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27–33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Monday, 1 September 2008, commencing at 2.00pm.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting are required to have registered their debt with the administrators not less than
48 hours before the meeting.

1. To consider whether to appoint a committee of creditors.
2. To consider whether to appoint another person as administrator of the company.
3. To consider whether to pass any resolutions setting out views of creditors.
