Notice is hereby given that on 28 March 2008 at 12.17pm, Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by the Court as administrators of the company.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the
company will be held at the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Wednesday, 9 April 2008, commencing at 10.00am.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting are required to have registered their debt with the administrators not less than
48 hours before the meeting.

2. To consider whether to appoint a committee of creditors.
3. To consider whether to pass any resolutions setting out views of creditors.
