Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Storyville Company Limited and Juatarial Limited hereby give notice that in not less than 20 working days from
the date of this notice, they propose amalgamating and continuing as Storyville Company Limited.
Any shareholder or creditor of any of the above-named companies, or any person to whom any of the companies is obligated, may inspect copies of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of the companies as follows:
Juatarial Limited, 6 Edward Street, Wellington.
Storyville Company Limited, 33 Hampton Drive, Kohimarama, Auckland.
Any shareholder or creditor shall be entitled to receive a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of charge upon request from either of the above-named companies.
