Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Notice is given by the boards of each of the following amalgamating companies, that:
Palmer Tube Mills (NZ) Limited
ANI New Zealand Limited
Wilkinson Callon Limited
Emwest N.Z. Limited
Email Industries Limited
(all being subsidiaries of Smorgon Steel Group Limited) propose to amalgamate with Palmer Tube Mills (NZ) Limited continuing as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of any of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom any of
the amalgamating companies is under any obligation, at the registered offices of the relevant amalgamating company,
or at the offices of Simpson Grierson, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland, at any time during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of any of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom any of the
amalgamating companies is under an obligation, can
obtain a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of
charge, on request to the relevant amalgamating company.
