26 November 2007, commencing at 10.00am.

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To consider whether to appoint any other nominee as liquidator of the company.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.
