Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, that a meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited,
97–101 Hobson Street, Auckland, on 20 June 2007, commencing at 11.00am.
The business to be transacted at the meeting is whether to:
(a) confirm the appointment of the liquidator or to appoint another liquidator;
(b) convey the views of creditors to the liquidators; and
(c) appoint a liquidation committee.
All proxies and postal votes should be sent to Tim Downes, Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, 97–101 Hobson Street (PO Box 1961), Auckland 1015, to be received no later than 11.00am on Monday, 18 June 2007.
