Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of B R Properties No. 8 Limited (in liquidation) will be held in the Conference Room, 2nd Floor, The Southern Cross Building Society Building, 59 High Street, Auckland, on Friday, 6 July 2007, commencing at 10.00am.

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To consider whether to appoint any other nominees as liquidator of the company.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.
